NEW DELHI: Beverage and foods maker PepsiCo has named former Nokia MD D. Shivakumar as its chairman and CEO, India Region. Shivakumar succeeds Manu Anand, who quit earlier this year in June to join Cadbury Kraft.
PepsiCo has been without an India head since June, and its beverages and foods division heads Gautham Mukkavilli and Praveen Someshwar were reporting to Sanjeev Chadha, CEO of PepsiCo's Asia, Africa and Middle East markets.
